A mistake was made on their behalf for on auto pay. Used the card for about half a year, then they said that they were unable to receive payment because my bank institution had closed down. Turns out the wrong routing number was in. I paid them $1800 towards my $2000. I had no clue about the auto-pay being disabled after I fixed that issue. Since the auto pay was "never" set up I'm delinquent and can't use the card after giving them almost $2k. I think they are good but the C-service sucks.
