I onlt.give it 3 stars because they originally had this system where every 6 on time payment go you either a credit increase or APR decrease. and once you did this 4 times, that's 2 years straight of on time payments. You got the brightway Plus card. The only thing is 3 payments before getting the plus card that ended that feature even though I was told that they would still honor anyone who had the card prior to June 2024. But they removed it from my app, so it was a lie

been with these guys 3 years and haven't been able to use my card because every time I do go to use it fraud alert come up and I have to spend half a day calling them to get it removed. They connect me to fraud dept but he'll they can't help so I need to call customer service well they can't help I need to talk to fraud dept. . Next time this happens this card will get maxed and not paid. faafo
