just migrated over from EO and the car won't charge overnight as it previously did. emailed EV energy only to be told to email the old manufacturer I was forcibly changed from and had no choice in the matter. jokers

app is not the most clear how to use. the charging schedule is confusing, I want the charger to not charge until 11:30pm but kicks in as soon as I plug the car in.

EV.energy took over my EO mini pro app. The app doesn't work with the MG app. If you log into the EV.energy app, MG log you out and you can't reconnect. I have now unlinked my Mg in the EV energy app, but still not reconnecTing to MG

keeps saying Tesla is offline when it is online and plugged in. Not very helpful as my car is not charged most days.

worked for around a year then stopped, started charging immediately although set to smart setting and will not register units used ,last night it turned itself off luckily I woke up and managed to reboot. Not fit for purpose! update i have taken this heap of junk and scrapped it i have replaced it with one not needing wifi to work this relies on when the car wants its charge instead of relying on wifi/ bluetooth.
