Why can't companies leave well enough alone. Can't contact customer service, web page doesn't work for returns or replacements, AND I can't edit orders before placing.

The new app sucks, I have been trying to check out for days and everytime I do the app shuts down! Guess I'm gonna have to start ordering from a different website cause yours doesn't work anymore. Never had this problem with the old app

As a business owner, I need this website to work properly. I have not been able to log in for 2 days. I've changed my password multiple times and i still cannot log in. Everything is grayed out. I can't order anything. Please fix.

I've changed my password twice and still can't log into my account. It tells me it's the wrong login or password. I'm not sure what's wrong or going on.

Their website has always been glitchy so I was excited to try the app. Well, the searching etc works ok, and I don't get the same glitches I had with the site, but it says network error every time I try to place an order. I am not having network issues, it's just another glitch and now I need to restart my order from the website
