Have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to make an order. The cart disappears or it tells me there is an order in progress and won't let me place an order.

tried to redeem points. took the points but wouldn't let me check out. 🤦‍♀️ what's the point of the app if ya cant use the points. also points arr randomly back. idk when vut guess timed out for use? 10/11/25 so on top of that issue..today I got to submit receipt to get points. I get an error at top saying 1 receipt per 30 days??? what kind of scam is this app??
