I tried to update my credit card information and app tells that there is a problem and to contact app support. I did and they told me that my issue would be escalated and to try again in 24 hours.

well folks they updated this app again & they screwed it up again. this time your loyal customers can't even get logged into the app so they can make a payment using the app. because some genius forgot to put a submit button. so you can't get logged into the app and use it. this makes me want to quit shell for good. I'm over it! I came to get gas 2 nights ago I tried it at 3 pumps. none of them worked. store open. then it said I exceeded my limit for gas which I can't do if I never got the gas

app sucks. does not even work. link my bank card. declines it. but I swipe my card at the pump. works fine. uninstalling the app. can't even put your phone number in at the pump to get rewards eather.
