I think the device is great and really enjoy using it so far. The App is fine, gets the job done and the customizability of settings unlocked by subscription is great. The settings one gets for free works well if you don't need to customize. however I have had trouble connecting at times since the last update and don't see the heart rate/hrv tracking that was listed in an update. Edit: new presets are a very welcome addition!

Firstly, the device itself has been transformative for me. It really works. The latest update of the app is much better than it was. Stability issues better so far and fewer button presses to get the device working. If it keeps working like this I could upgrade the extra star!

After some hours I was able to make the app work on one of my three devices ( I tried it on an iPad, an Android and a Xiaomi). Despite I complained many times because the app crashes and intensity meters do not work properly, they fixed the crash bug but still half of the times (if not more) the user cannot raise the intensity... Last but not least: - If you buy this product, remember that you are their tester (for free...) - 400€ for the cheap materials the device is built with is a robbery.

the machine is expensive and then they make the basic app so onerous you're forced into an expensive subscription.

It was not mentioned anywhere when I first bought it, that adjusting the settings would become paid. It's a question of being honest and loyal to your customers. Other than that the device is great.
