half the features do not work. get an error every time I try to see something specific to my account. it tries to have me talk to their bot that says they will provide the info once I'm signed in. I am signed in, it says hello Scott at the top of the screen. the click here button doesn't seem to work from the assistant screen

I read email. delete them, and they come back. I've even deleted them from trash, and they keep coming back!!!!

Talking to a live person is almost impossible. The Xfinity Assistant is completely useless if your problem doesn't fit into its script. There is no way to leave feedback on our Xfinity services without going through the stupid assistant. I'm just about ready to go back to Sling. Being able to watch my local channels isn't worth all the frustration.

It's slow. Keeps making you sign in when switching pages. Chat bot not smart enough. Can move around easily however...
