game fails to load upgrades or the next stage after finishing the previous one. have to repeatedly close and reopen the app to progress

I can't get better things, when I try getting smth with the in game currency it just takes it away and doesn't give me the upgrade. but I like that there's barely any adds, and it pretty fun
