bugs - permanent unread messages bubble. I have reread EVERY message over the span of 2 years, exported the chat to check for "read by" dates (all of them have been read), and reached out to customer service multiple times. PLEASE add a feature that lets someone search for unread messages to read them, or to mark all as read. I'm missing actual new messages because it ALWAYS says I have new messages.

Terrible. This app was court ordered because of how my verbally abusive ex speaks to me on a regular basis. This guy has threatened my life through this app, on multiple occasions. Police have been contacted and warned him, the court has told him to not speak to me unless it is about the children. The people of this app won't even look into what he's said because it's "encrypted". Then why does this app get used for court if no one will do anything about abuse through it? The system is USELESS

App works until it doesn't. I have to constantly force stop this app. it always looks like I have new messages when I don't. The app can't mark a message as read lately so I'm always on my phone thinking I have new messages. sending money through this app has never worked. I can see text messages and videos, that's it. Because this app is used with a child custody schedule, it's very important that it works all the time.

I think I'd rather get divorced again, then continue to be forced to use this app my by ex wife. The calendar is a complete waste of time, nothing shares across platforms it seems and it just leads to problems. Save yourself the frustration and just stay married.

love this app. Id like to see the developers add a section that you could add details of a court order to reference for faster access as parents don't carry around their family court order. I have ideas on how it should be designed. IE: I'd make the user able to hold down on a specific text box and under the popup that shows, have an option to link that text to a stipulation in the court order that the user creates in another tab. and you can then click that stipulation and see all attached text
