horrific phone tree- death trap; cancel now. They use assurion for product all repairs & warranty. They literally have the. worst. customer. service. They sent my phone back for having no damage and charged me $1,450 plus my monthly bill and turned off my service all in error.i had a dead battery! I spent a total 15 hours on the phones and got hung up on after transferred from customer loyalty to get a bill extension who transferred me to collections. THEIR DATA BREACH CAUSED MY IDENTITY THEFT

I'm having so much trouble with this service. 41, they changed my iphone to a samsung.When i'm not home phone service is okay when I get home.It connects to my internet.I cannot watch any shows without it disconnecting on my phone or t v🤬🤦🏽♂️
