I got the subscription for the year, I canceled it and will not be getting it again until I'm able to view content on all of my devices. More often than not i get the message that the video can't be played. I see no point of pay for this service.

App barely works and won't let me cancel my subscription easily. Keeps trying to charge my card and I can only navigate to a screen that wants me to subscribe again.

this app has so many bugs I can't pause it without the app shutting down. then I have to uninstall just to uninstall even if I accidentally click away from the app. This is so annoying ...ugh

my experience with BET+ in the past was awful. I had a 7 day trial and decided I didn't want to cancel before the trial was up they charged my account and would not give my money back. I don't trust them anymore. I was very disappointed.

The worse streaming app but they will charge YOU for that instead of correcting the problem and at this point im due a refund.
