so i was so frustrated with BET+ at first because all i wud get was the icon....i turned off internet and everything... Tried to reset password, well o called xfinity and they did all they could for me becuz i wasnt home, well i got home and it still didnt work BUT my xfinity ended up saying update now skip it schedule... im like ooh maybe i shud update NOW took about 5mins.... said BET+, it wrked signed in and Husband said THANK GOD...cuz i was mad....so update your cable for freeze on TV....

My app is not working on my TV, phone, tablet or computer & I'm paying for a subscription. I've signed out & signed back in, uninstalled and re-installed the app and everything is an error or it's loading & never plays.
