It's been almost a month that I sent the bill for the fuel reimbursment. They still haven't refunded me. And their customer service is too slow

The app works, the company doesn't. if something goes wrong, you will be charged, regardless of if you caused the damage (what's the point of taking photos when they can arbitrarily ignore them?). Good luck disputing it, because they have one email address for it that they don't answer. Absolutely terrible company, don't bother with it, use one of the other services.
