Nice app update, contacted Ibotta about missing cashback and received a response right away as well as an updated cashback total that was missing! Great response and good customer service 👍🏽

Everytime I have had an issue with this app customer service has stepped up and resolved it. I dont like the fact that I have to look at the app before I go to the store to tag all the money back things because sometimes I forget and then it won't let me get the money back for that purchase. However I am trying to remember to do that now.
