fantastic devices. my first one had problems, the support is amazing. best support for a product I've ever encountered. my second device has been perfect. the app has some really cool features but I really only need the shock alarm function. there is definitely a few things to iron out in the app but overall it's reliable and the potential is there to make it perfect.

Works very well to wake me up with the zapping function. I also use the manual zap to try and stop bad hanits by associating that action with a zap. It is a very well made product. My only issue with it is that the app does not run very well on a phone that is stuck on Android 10.

I think there needs to be an option, especially for those of us heavier sleepers that allows for an extended period of time for the vibrations and or shock to continue as I have slept through the vibrations and apparently turned off the shock without realizing it.

There are a lot of things I would like to see changed in the app. The first and foremost being how many times the app is completely blocked in the sense that something is loading and you cannot do anything while that is going on. When I change and alarm or disable it when it is triggered it can go into an infinite loading and you have to close the app and open it again. I would REALLY recommend changing that to run in the background and be nonblocking.

Review solicitation through push notifications at 19:24. There is no obvious category to turn that off. absolutely unacceptable.

I love the alarm system, but I can't connect to google health, it states the watch needs an update before it can connect to google health. to use the other functions on the watch, like the health reading functions, heart, oxygen, etc.

the app is a lot faster than it used to be. that was the biggest issue I had with it originally.
