food is good, customer service is excellent! would be 5* but there are customization options not available on the app 😔

need more customization of extras on food choices, stop charging for damn condiments, lower prices a few bucks, better deal/meal bundles, and better rewards for the points required, takes a minute to save that many up.

what's the point of the app if you can't use it? can't create an account, can't log into an account, can't add your sheet card to the account. it's easier just to go in the store and hope that they have what you need because you can't see the menu options from the app or the website

the app sucks it's just badly designed and the food prices got raised recently so it's just not worth it anymore especially with the weird no substitutions rule all of a sudden

my review before was bad. now I'm here to add a worse one. why does my screen get taken over by your "quick access" window??? why do offers I've accepted end with "..." I don't even know what to buy for my offer. waste of time. you can't click on them or anything. NOW you offer a tutorial, that I don't want or need. placed an online order parked outside and never got it bc now I have to click "check in." just place my order when I order. I'm not driving here to wait, that's why it's online. holy

*Update Update* The app NEVER can find my locationeven though I gave it permission. *Update* They removed the Chicken Sandwich & Burger from the rewards AGAIN! I'M DONE! *Original* Used to love the app & Sheetz. That being said, I order the same thing several times a week & the quality varies so So SO much it is ridiculous. That on top of them removing so many things from the Rewards has me going to Wawa a LOT more frequently & making them my go to instead! 😢😡🤬
