This is the biggest run around in history!! If you didn't want us to get rewards why not just say so!!! And the fuel is do expensive you're not gaining anything!

It's totally not functional today, 10/20/25. The Shell app would not allow me to pay at the pump or get credit for my fill-up and live chat was unavailable, too. This is a horrible way to treat a loyal Shell customer! Thank you, Shell IT, for responding. As an IT professional, I do not need help with using your app, I need your app to work. You can help me by giving me credit for my fill-up and showing my receipt. This data is in Fuel Rewards and your app should be integrated with Fuel Rewards.
