I chose 765 Collision Repair in Kokomo, but somehow the app chose a shop in Gas City (over an hour away from me). If that shop hadn't called to get me on their schedule, I wouldn't have known to check the State Farm app. In future, I'll talk to a person. AI just isn't where it needs to be I guess.

2 month update: app is still making things up about 5% of the time. --- Safe & Save section of app RARELY works; always saying to check back later. 5% of the time the app completely makes things up, and another 5% of the time it's wrong, like saying I'm breaking too hard or taking a turn too sharply. That's a minimum error rate of at least 10%. The insurance commissioner needs to investigate this.
