I have used Timely for a couple of years. Now it is so glitchy. New clients consistently cannot book online; it is losing me business. I have contacted support numerous times; they always ask to get the client to send a screenshot! I am not going to start asking new clients I've never met to help troubleshoot the app! It really gives a bad impression of my business now. I am actively looking for a replacement.
