The app is an awful user experiences! It's slow (and I have FiberOptic Gig internet), crashes and so frustrating to use!

can't switch to detail product view. search works but tapping a product in the list does not open detail view. i don't buy products based on a very small blurb with no info re materials, dimensions, etc. app version 3.1.13, Android 16, Pixel 8 Pro

The app asks for a location, then says "nothing found"--even though plenty of Ace Hardware stores are in my area. The app provides no way to bypass this screen, to log in, or do anything else. In short, THE APP IS UTTERLY WORTHLESS.

I love our new local Ace Hardware store, but I'm frustrated with the Ace app. If it works, it's slow. At the moment, I can't even log in to my account. I've uninstalled the app a few times and restarted my phone, but it's useless. Uninstalling for good.

Tony, at the STRUTHER'S PLAZA ACE, went above and beyond, helping me. I wanted to switch the way my refrigerator door opened using my screw driver. I was having a hard time removing some screws and asked Tony, what I can do? Tony, a few days later, sent his employee Joe, to my place with his power drill! ( I live close by) What a nice gesture! Not only a great place to shop, the employees make shopping there even nicer! I highly reccomend shopping there!
