Crooks. They bait and switch. I asked BEFORE I sold my phone if it's ok that my phone is locked due to non-payment. I was told yes and given an estimate. After I mailed it, the refurbisher sent me a message saying its greylisted due to financial obligation. (Just like I told them). They said they would still be able to purchase it at a reduced price. Which was HALF. Im tempted to put a concern on the BBB. Unethical practices. Seller Beware.

My refund code expired before I could use it. Inconvenient experience. The quality assurance fee did not assure quality. Refund came with 5% off code, but this expired before I could use it.

so far it seems like an ok app. but I figured the prices would be a lot lower! seems like the man in the middle type thing, because I've found the same items on line for cheaper prices!

No way to cancel an order that hasn't even shipped yet. App gives no cancel button, and the listed email is โretiredโ with no working contact path. Pushes you in a loop back to their site. Predatory and anti-consumer design.
