Noone answered my phone call or responded to my VM! Noone responded to my email except to say thank you for being a member...when my msg was to CANCEL my appointment!! I was charged for a Donation I did not approve AND put on a S ubscription for months ΓONATIONS!!! I DID NOT APPROVE OR REQUEST THAT!! I CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE TO REFUND THE "DONATION" YOU SCAMMED ME FOR OR TO CANCEL APPT SO I WON'T BE CHARGED FOR NO SHOW!! IF I DON'T RECV A RESPONSE I WILL CONTACT BBB, MY CREDIT CARD AND POST ON FB

This app is consistently buggy since I downloaded. I cannot change or cancel appointments myself, so I have to contact my nutritionist to have her do so. I also only get notifications from the app about 50% of the time. My last straw was getting a $75 missed appointment charge for an appointment I did not schedule and was not informed of at all, because once again notifications weren't working and my nutritionist scheduled on my behalf. I'm done with this app.

I LOVE my dietician. She has been super helpful and encouraging. The only issue I have is when I win anything, I don't actually get whatever it is that I won. Winning the weight loss game and learning to take care of myself is the greatest reward though!
