Worst company I have ever bought shoes from, period. DO NOT TRUST. please read: I received our purchase on a Monday, they were worn 3 days of basketball practice and the tread was coming off the bottom. I contacted customer service to initiate a refund or a swap (we just wanted to swap for same shoe within 14 days) and we were met with generic "company jargon" denial email. "the shoes passed 'our' inspection" is what I was told, but they literally came apart after being worn for 3 days.

I need help My app has a bug in it it won't let me use the app I have been deleting the app and reinstalling and it still doesn't work.

The update to search is atrocious! It's impossible to search for what I want now. This inconvenience affects my ability to make purchases as I just get frustrated and close the app. If I search for Air Max 90 show me Air Max 90 not Jordans, clothes and New Balance.

The app still has a few kinks to work out. Wish buyers could look into a specific seller's list of shoes they are listing even when looking to purchase used.

app just shows the same 12 shoes when you search a shoe and there are still more results

This site is an absolute scam. I paid full price plus expedited shipping for a NEW pair of sneakers for my son's birthday. When he opened the box the white sneakers and laces were discolored yellow. I paid a total of $127 and Goat would only refund me $74. They lied about the condition and then charged me a restock fee and and would not refund shipping. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow.
