Good sales but makes deals with companies who don't share the customers best interest. I recently had a company try to charge me full price on top of my Groupon claiming it was expired the day before its date. Groupon did not refund me for their abuse and instead said that I could use the money I paid for the Groupon towards the service (as is custom for expired Groupons). One can see how this incentivises more malpractice.

10/8/25 Stay away from Groupon Nobody will talk to you! they change the site communication its all through email and still nobody to talk to or answer back horrible site and service's some of features don't work hard to find app STAY AWAY I hate the app I hate Groupon. I wont recommend worst customer service company an app Ever. Cant talk to Nobody dont even know why their a company when you cant talk to a live person ever. Once you make a purchase your on your own it seems. So i give 0000
