I bought two passes to a trampoline park as I was standing in the facility. The tickets were for a facility a thousand miles away. The clerk checked my tickets, both of them and they were both for a facility and another state. I had to buy new tickets. for the right facility. I messaged Groupon and was told that I opened the tickets therefore I was stuck with them. I didn't even open the tickets. The clerk did. We were both confused as to what was going on. I will never use this app again.

Here is your review, You guys have my personal phone number on your damn website. i get phone calls from random people everyday. cant call customer service because you guys dont have a number for that. I would like my number off your website.
