you can't enter anything in the To or From fields when searching flights. nothing comes up. I entered Boston, and it said it couldn't find anything with that name.

good app The only issue on Android is that the save to Google wallet option for boarding pass does not show TSA pre check mark.

Will give you your ticket but you are on your own if you have troubles. Not a useful app, and like all American airlines, just all around awful.

You donβt get assigned seats, and you canβt even pick from regular ones if you donβt have a checked bag. The only option is to buy a seat or ask at the gate. How did that become normal...

Janky and Buggy: The app has failed us when we needed it the most more times than we can count. It's extremely unreliable and constantly crashing, freezing, or just showing incorrect or old information.

Doesn't provide information regarding the family members in the app to check in, waste of time. dont install.
