I installed this app as a fetch promo. fetch requires your pets profile to be completed to earn the points for this promotion. I've tried repeatedly for 2 days, and it will not complete. keeps saying "oops, something went wrong". the promotion ends today. purina cust service is not taking calls, says call back tomorrow. I don't usually sign up for apps because of my personal info being available in doing so, and will not receive fetch points. I can't even delete my purina account! what a scam!

ok but had a hard time with profile weight getting it correct and won't let me delete a dog I lost

The app features dont work. When I try to submit my request for the free coupon, I get a pop up that says "something went wrong, please try again." when I try to make a pet profile, same pop up. I try to enter the surveys and when I tap on the button to take the survey, nothing happens.
