Had a very disappointing experience with these guys. When I encountered problems with my flight, their customer support was unhelpful and offered no real assistance. To make it worse, they refused to provide a refund, leaving me at a complete loss. This lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with MyTrip.

scam, 2 days after I booked my tickets and paid they sent me an email saying technical issue and canceled my tickets. the price went up after and they still have my money. stay away

Very irresponsible company/agent. I bought tickets for 2 connected flights with Vietjet Air and when I tried to check in at the airport, people on the desk refused me boarding. Using ironic language they told me that I have 1 hour to obtain and present visa for India (transit destination), elsewhere I cannot fly. Simply said, Mytrip allows you to buy tickets for flights they know very well that you don't meet requirements to take.
