Paid for parking. Still got a nasty gram sticker on the window. The in-app assistance is uselss and says to contact someone else.

Don't remind you what license plate you park in, after paid, you can't change the plate number. You have to pay again, double charged fee.

The developer added/updated permissions without a clear statement of the changes or enhancements to the app. The user experience and perception of security would be improved by clearly stating the reasoning or features associated with additons or modifications to permissions.

Won't open. Despite downloading and installing the latest version of the app, it refuses to open. Any attempt to open the app redirects to the play store. Clicking "open" from the play store results in the same behavior. Can't pay by QR code or text either, as those just take me to the play store page to install. Unacceptable; there should be an alternative option for times when the app is broken like this.

Dropping this to a 1 star. Weeks have passed since the new UI update rolled out without any updates, and it just feels terrible to use compared to the previous version. Still have to manually enter my parking location every day because there's no history, and the app can't find where I park despite me parking in the same zone for work all the time. Still only have military time, and the slider is just so much worse. The 15 minute increments are such a poor implementation for payment cycles.
