Shell sells gift cards that are unredeemable by any Shell in Phoenix, AZ, either as physical card or through Shell Pay. Their entire gift cards are a scam. I have an existing balance for gift cards I legally purchased at a nationwide retailer. The balance remains in my app balance and cannot redeem in AZ . I spoke with Shell 5 times and am bounced back in forth from digital to physical card help.

This app used to be great, but a while ago it signed me out of my account. I couldn't remember my password, so I tried many times to reset it, but each time it gave me an error message. I visited the website mentioned in the message, but there was no relevant information there. The app is completely useless if I can't access my account.

I make payment on time but Shell cashed not on time all time and I got over charge fee

can't add any credit card info into the app making the app useless. Customer service won't even help. Update: I spoke with their live chat twice as instructed by them. Followed their instructions and still doesn't work.
