Pulled the Att Air unit out of box. Followed steps iaw the video instructions on line. The smart home manager tries to connect with the wireless modem gateway instead of new equipment. Completely unistalled the app and tried to enter serial number of new equipment manually. Nothing worked. After much agrevation, plugging the old modem back in. Not inpressed with the "Smart" "15 minute" installation procedures, at all....
