when I first downloaded Smart News onto my phone, I really enjoyed it. All articles were up to date,new,fresh, interesting. However now, Once you read an article, 5 other articles on the same subject pop up. It's becoming annoying. In the age of A.I., it's hard to decipher. I would think, to draw viewers, articles wouldn't be repetitious.

General acceptable news app with one exception: crazy left wing "blogs" making believe they are legitimate news services ! App should allow you to remove them...but it doesn't which leaves one to think Smart News agrees with their views !

Adds are inappropriate and can't be blocked. I am uninstalling smartnews because of a repeating Walgreens generic cialis advertisement. Things like this for men shouldn't be made available while women's birth control options are being taken away. Also because I can't block fox.

The simple ads that you scroll by while reading the news should not be playing forced audio just because they're on screen. with no way to turn the audio off without muting your whole phone. I shouldn't have to mute my phone to read the news. I'll find another app if this continues Edit: 10.16.25 Reinstalling the app has fixed the issue. I've raised my review score now that it's not a problem anymore. thank you guys for a better experience!
