I have been using viator tour for so long, and I always have the best experience. so far they are the only tour company I book through. One reason is the convenience of booking without the worries of paying right of way when you are still planning a vacation.

We are from Singapore, we booked Puffing Billy train tickets from Viator. The service provider Explore Australia unable to accommodate our request of meet up at Belgrave stn as our hotel was just nearby and insisted meet up at City. Ridiculous to go city and back to Belgrave again. They told us several times to cancel this trip with them. (We had proof), we did and no full refund at all, SGD 24 deducted. A very bad experience with Viator app and the service provider Explore Australia.πππ
