I'm a walker and want to warn pet parents that the dog walker app malfunctions every single day. just when I thought nothing could be worse than rover, I recently couldnt access a client's home b/c notes page w/door codes wouldn't load. I had screenshots of app failure & was still penalized by being unable to accept jobs for 4 days. Response: No, I'm warning pet parents here where they'll see it, at the risk of losing biz b/c I'm also a pet parent, and I would want to know about these issues.
