We strive to provide an effortless order fulfilment experience to our Partners. We developed a free, easy-to-use mobile app to help you automate your order fulfilment with Wayfair. Use it to scan and mark outbound orders as “ready for pickup” or “shipped” right from your phone. Once you’ve scanned your orders, the app automatically updates Partner Home with your most recent order information from the Warehouse Companion app. It’s that easy!

Scan orders directly in the app to accurately reflect your actual lead times instead of relying on information from carrier scans. Your advertised shipping speed directly impacts your conversion rates.

Sometimes carrier scans are delayed – use the app to mark orders as “ready for pickup” or “shipped” right away. This helps reduce discrepancies between when you actually handed over the order, and when the carrier reported picking it up.
