Joined the email list for 10% off never got it. Signed up for the account on the app and got the 2FA instantly. Contacted customer support, never heard back after the automatic response. What a rip off of a company. Definitely looking forward to their generic 'concerned about your experience, fill out another web form'. Fix your systems or don't offer them!

I enjoy shopping on this app but it's not user friendly since recent updates in 2025. I've shopped here for years. it's now more difficult to select filters and I can no longer see how many items are in my search so therefore I don't know how many filters to use. it was working perfectly. why are these changes and updates causing the app to be worse? I don't even want to shop on Zappos any longer

buggy checkout, won't accept auto complete credit cards, doesn't handle logging in via checkout, app locked up during checkout, tells me if I even look at Amazon pay then I have to start all over if I don't want it. really difficult checking for such a big company

my old review from the old zappos was sky high but like everything else that Amazon purchases zappos is not the same you don't have the actual employees review in the shoes or the super fast service & the app hasn't improved. bye zappos I'll just purchased my shoes straight from addidas now

I have used the app a lot over the past 3 years. working for amazon as a delivery driver, it was required of us to have zappos safety shoes. went to order a new pair tonight, and the app kept presenting with an error message. I followed the instructions to delete it, clear the cache, and reinstall it to no avail. the app simply closes itself automatically upon load
