terrible terrible company The worst customer service of any airline I have ever encountered including Ryanair. avoid booking flights with this company at all costs.

it works as you would expect for an app by a company that has fully committed to maximize profit over quality. Flying AirFrance these days is a painful experience.

Setting = English, then comes all in French, and no i don't want 2FA only for one flight! uninstalled, lucky there are also old ways without smartphones

Two separate trips, and both left me unimpressed with the plane, the service, the cleanliness, and the comfort. From Venice to Paris, to New York, and recently to Tahiti. It would be too long to explain the specifics of each trip, so I will end with this: I don't have one good thing to say about Air France. I will not be using them again.
