inacceptable. l'application transat produit un message d'ERREUR disant que vous ne pouvez pas selectionner un siège sur un vol retour reservé parce que vous avez acheté option plus à l'allée ????. appel au service à la clientèle et attente de 1h 20mn sans reponse. contact par Messenger (si vous n'avez pas de profil facebook vous êtes laissé pour compte) pour se faire dire par l'agente qu'elle n'y peut rien. C'est pas très rigolo et c'est grave.

This app does nothing to improve your relationship with Air Transat. it simply adds layers and complexity to sell, sell sell and not deal with issues they create. Typical of today's businesses.

Can't find a working booking number on my bill I've tried them all in different ways, there's no exemple on the app or how to write it in a correct way. Even the comment here said it worked but he didn't provide any clue, where to look or how to write it correctly
