Literally the most confusing and annoying app I've ever attempted to use. Would like a refund of my money please given it doesn't work.

I tried training my a I model five times and each time I went to use one of the templates.It wanted me to do it all over again. Sad.

I subscribed to the Basic Plan for one year using my Google account, but unfortunately, the subscription does not seem to work properly. Every time I try to create an AI Persona by uploading my photos (29 in total), the app keeps asking me to subscribe again as if I have never paid. I have already tried three times, but the issue remains. This is very frustrating and disappointing, especially after paying for a full-year subscription.

I have already paid for a one-year subscription (since the monthly plan could not be selected), but when I tried to create a persona, I was still asked to subscribe again — meaning I had to pay once more. My money has gone to waste, even though the subscription fee is very expensive, and I have no idea whether the service is actually good or not. I’ve never seen any results at all. It just took my money without giving me anything in return.

Super buggy! Wow—what a complete disaster for onboarding new customers. Uploading the photos to train the AI just sends you into a loop; it never generates the AI persona. I tried five times (even after subscribing) and attempted multiple different approaches. I also emailed support—will see how that goes—but the response is extremely slow and difficult to deal with. Not impressed. I wanted to accomplish something simple, but this app has just wasted my time. Should be a free option to try it.
