The material is great but the accessing platform is awful. it made it hard to give you guys money and just see the programs. I had to get an app too, lots of hurdles. Very annoying. I just wanted a program.

Hands down, awesome with so much info for the best therapy .... I get more out of Ben & his team on this app and from YouTube subscription than I have from in person physical therapists that I could no longer afford... I'm in tears for how awesome Ben is, and he's saved not only my knees from surgery but my low back as well... I'm so appreciative... going to purchase equipment... Zora W

After a year and a half with this program, I am certain this is the program for back recovery. Years I messed around trying my own stuff or Other programs..."All I can do not to name say right now"Just try it. Not cheap but it worked so...can't really complain. lol

First and foremost, I AIN'T IN PAIN NO MORE. I got amazing fitness resources and a discount on great equpment, namely the backwards treadmill. Which has made such a night and day difference that I'd sound like a bad commercial if I tried to do it justice. After an exchange checking in about a repeatedly declined payment on my subscription, they even extended the good will to give me the month for free. Genuinely amazing people.
