poor suddenly going very slowly and not cleaning caches.....why ? telling me "system error (device not supported) .....what do I need to do ? done as suggested but situation as described above remains

says I've got 3.29 gb to clean from caches. I watch ads it deletes 8 mg. run again cleans nothing.. Time to move on . in response to developer it was cleaning 90 % but after it updated last it stopped.
