account suspended due to an error BY CAROUSELL TEAM for not investigating the situation and blindly suspending account. SUGGESTED THAT I COULD APPEAL, well it took 2 WEEKS and it was ME THAT WENT TO ASK AND TELL ME IT WONT BE CONSIDER?! definitely was angry why did you suggest it in the first place when you guys wouldn't consider it? customer service start introducing random problem accusing me of another person, refuse to help and prove. i said i can do verify, still no! SERVICE REFUSE HELPING
