Everybody wants to charge money for something and this is not worth it citizen app should be free for the citizens of New York City.

Due to the unstable and insane state of the country, I've reluctantly reinstalled. Citizen needs to either figure out how to support thousands of clients interacting with the chat, or stop giving national updates. Seriously?? Have to pay to get fewer notifications??? Uninstall, it gives important notifications hours after the fact and give stupid notifications at that.

The social alerts has potential, the biggest problem is being unable to add friends, able to send and receive friend requests, click on the friend request leads to a blank.

I would of given this a 5 star rating but, pricing kept popping up.not being able to see any video or picture unless costly subscription waspaid, truly was an inconvenience rather, than annoying and defeats the purpose of how connected and pocket/community friendly this should be paid for by our taxes,or promo code fee waiver to pay for subscription,by city or neighborhood discount sum shi..I dunno, doesn't have to be free but the whole point of app is people helpn each otherout.
