Club Pilates North has been a blessing. I'm so much more flexible. Artificial knees aren't giving me much inflammation and stiffness after the first two classes. Also... feeling a six pack downloading. watch out! 😆

I’ve attended several Pilates reformer classes over the last couple of weeks, I can confidently say I highly recommend it! Each session has been so informative and genuinely fun. Classes are about working w/tension, balance, + muscle control instead of overexertion. It truly hits the spot. A big shout-out to Shelby for being such a thoughtful, motivating instructor—she brings such great energy & intention to every class. The Lakewood location is clean, welcoming + filled w/ supportive souls!!

This studio has a great concept, but the classes are not affordable. I take advantage of any local wellness promotions and programs, but long-term memberships/commitment are not sustainable.

I can't say enough about Club Pilates and how the staff have helped me to heal and strengthen my body. No matter how sore I am, I always feel better after taking a class. There is plenty of personal attention and instructors do a fabulous job of offering modifications. You can work around physical limitations and injuries, and work at your own level without feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend the Crown Hill Club Pilates to help you meet your fitness goals.

The best decision I ever made was to try pilates to see if I could do. I have a very rare chronic pain disorder in my foot called CRPS. I experience high levels of pain just walking on my foot. I tried the classes and was surprised how great the instructors were and in tune to my disability. They helped me revise some moves and were very understanding when I was at my limit. I'm 64 yrs old and do weight training along with pilates classes daily. I've never felt better. Try it out!!!
