it has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had on a mobile app. Buttons randomly don't work and scrolling lags or jumps around. Almost completely unusable.

Please don't send anymore boxes, the food is like hospital food, and it is impossible to read how long it is to be microwaved. We will donate the rest to the homeless shelter.

stop making me hit extra buttons. I don't want to see paired meal suggestions. get rid of it or I'm going to cancel my service. you can't consistently deliver meals correctly, so stop wasting resources on making app changes no one needs

used to be ok now I m selecting my meal and the new updated app replace my choice by preselected meal I Don t want when confirming my order. I may stop ordering if not resolved and go to concurrent. also help number hang up on you

my only complaint was that the green beans are crunchy! I dont plan to order green beans anymore but the food was great.

tried for the first time used promo for 50% off first box only received 35% off after checking out nice I tried to went to cancel order and thought I did even deactivated account a few days later charge showed up on my card nice first impressions
