when the app works it does. when it doesnt, you miss out on points. ive missed out in ten dollars worth of points very recently, and 8 dollars worth before that. the 'agents' know nothing and at this point are ignoring me. i cant use chat. find a better app if there is one.

The platform is one of the best receipt snapping/ gaming platforms out there. One of those apps that could keep you busy all day.

My girl is enjoying this app.... her friend got her on it... Now it's on my phone and she is constantly reminding me to "get a receipt babe!" "Don't forget to save the receipts!"

Not sure what happened, but the app just quit working for me. It refuses to upload my receipts. It will stay on the scanning page for an hour and nothing happens. the circles go around and around, but nothing. ice reached out to customer service and that's a joke. They just give me prewritten responses, regardless of how many I reach out to. It's like they don't even read my emails. It's beyond frustrating. So I suppose now all I can do is uninstall the app. It's useless otherwise..
