I used a lot this app and loved it before it got updated to lock and unlock or start my truck to warm-up. Now with this new app can't use it at all to lock,unlock and start. My app says "STARTING CHARGE" when my F-150 2021 is a GAS engine truck. I googled to sign out, sign back in, reset my phone, soft restart my infotainment, deleted my account then registering it back in. what else can I do FORD Canada? thank u

Ian was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure the car was clean and prepped. He was also meticulous with the inspection and scheduled the items that were missing. He made the process enjoyable.

It doesn't work. After I log in and confirm it's me (every time I log in it's a "suspicious activity") it just sits on a blank screen that says ford and never moves past it.

I'm having problems with the GPS but it might not be the truck. it could be the Android update that my Google pixel 7 pro phone took in September. I can make calls with Bluetooth on my phone which is completely hands-free but I can't receive calls. also this truck is got lots of sensors that have gone. I couldn't believe the brakes went at 40,000, mi. the rear rotors were just warped. the truck is great on the highway and hauls 12,200 lb. Great for hauling my 4,000 lb camper trailer easily
