what a gimmick. come shop with us you'll get fuel points. right. I haven't had any fuel points in months. went to customer service and they can't figure it out. I especially love the digital coupons that give double fuel points. what's double of zero? you got it. zero! losing faith in our system completely.

can't search in the coupons and get any useful results. I know it's in the results but it won't come back in the results. your qa engineers suck at their jobs. your product people suck at failing the uat.

idk what happened but I updated the app & now it doesn't work. there are no photos for any item.

I gave it one because I could not give zero stars. The application developer manager should be fired! When you open the app you can ot start entering products you want. This is completely stupid.

I can't find what I need. Kroger app works better. Everything on sale at Kroger and isn't at Fry's.

awesome customer service couldn't get better. the gas attendant helped me after closing (Stacy at globe,az). I would have ran out.. My card was acting weird at pump so she reopened register and helped me complete my transaction so I would be safely on road... Thanks Stacy 👍

7-02-25: The current Fry's app for the "weekly ads" is great -- fast, runs smooth. It's the best out of all other stores in my area. 10-31-25: What did you do?! I signed in to my Fry's account, everything is changed, it's confusing -- it's bad!!! Where is the weekly ad? NO stars.👎👎👎👎👎

it used to be ok but now it's absolutely horrible! I thought it was bad last week but after the August 12 "bug fixes" it's even worse! Broken again 10/30/2025.
