Using the public preview, and the schedule page for my 2020 nest thermostat is missing and I can't find it anywhere in the app. I tried exiting public preview and still the same issue, I have a screenshot of the feature being available and now it's gone?

It's far too easy to remove your Home by accident. The "Leave home" option deletes it's it. but we're stuck with using it. App developers learn the definition difference between Leave and Delete. this happened while on vacation with absolutely no way to fix it until we are home.
